A portal is a single organized page for one part of your life or business — the plans, files, people, tools and links that belong together, in one place you control.
What it is
1 Omniverse is a workspace made of portals. Each portal is a page you arrange from widgets: today's agenda, tasks, documents, contacts, notes, curated resources and more. Portals live under two tracks — Personal and Business — so home life and work stay separate but reachable from the same place.

Why it helps
Most people keep their life in a dozen tools that do not talk to each other. Details get duplicated, deadlines get lost, and nobody can find the right document at the right moment. A portal collects the whole picture into one view, and lets you move an item from one portal to another instead of rewriting it.

How to get started

Create your account
Sign in with email or Google. Two-factor authentication is available in settings.

Pick a track and a template
Choose Personal or Business, then start from a template such as Essentials, Planner or Command centre.

Arrange your widgets
Use Customize to drag widgets into place. Changes are only saved when you choose to save.

Add your real work
Bring in tasks, events, documents and the links you use daily, then send items between portals as needed.

Invite the right people
Share a portal or group deliberately, and keep everything else private.
