My Perfect Portal

Security & Trust

Last updated: September 2, 2026

A plain-language description of the controls we have built into My Perfect Portal today. It describes how the product works — it is not a certification or an audit report.

This page is maintained by the My Perfect Portal team as general information about how the product works. It is a starting template, not legal advice, and it should be reviewed and adapted with your own counsel before you rely on it.

Airtight AI — one way in, nothing leaks out →

1. Signing in

  • Accounts sign in with Google or email; sessions are managed by our authentication provider.
  • Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app is available to every account under Account security in the portal.
  • Signing out clears the session and the cached content that was loaded for it.

2. Your content is scoped to your account

  • Portal content, documents, notes, calendars, and intake forms are stored against your account and are only readable by that account.
  • Sharing is explicit: a calendar, household, or shared room is only visible to people added to it.
  • Cross-portal actions such as “Send to…” write into your own portals; they do not move content between accounts.

3. Administrative access

  • Administrative tools are limited to accounts with an admin role, and roles are stored separately from user-editable profile data.
  • Only an existing admin can grant or remove an admin role, and every admin action is checked again on the server.
  • Concierge and claim reviews are handled by admin staff for the submissions sent to them.

4. Third-party services and AI

  • Directory listings and live feeds link out to publishers and services we do not operate; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
  • AI assistance in the product produces suggestions, not professional advice, and it asks for confirmation before taking an action on your behalf.
  • Wellness, health, and financial content in the product is informational and does not replace a licensed professional.

5. Your controls

  • Turn on two-factor authentication at any time from Account security.
  • Choose which alerts reach you, and by which channel, in Alert settings.
  • Ask us to export or delete your account data by contacting support.

6. Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email support@myperfectportal.com with steps to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable window to respond before sharing details publicly, and do not access accounts or data that are not yours while testing.
