• Content you add: tasks, calendar events, notes, documents and files, links, contacts, and intake forms you complete.
• Usage information: basic technical data such as device type, browser, and IP address used to keep the service secure.

• To provide your portal, sync your content across devices, and keep your session signed in.
• To respond to support, partner, and concierge intake requests you submit.
• To protect the service against abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.
• To improve features based on how the product is used.

We do not sell your personal information.

Some features can draft content for you, such as suggested tasks or pre-filled intake answers. These drafts are generated from information you provide and are shown to you for review before they are saved. You remain in control of what is kept.

Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers on our behalf. Those providers process data only to run the service. If you connect an optional integration, information is shared with that service only as needed for the feature you enabled.

We keep your content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual items at any time, and you can request full account deletion by contacting us. Backups and logs may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.
